Situation: One of the largest providers of both domestic and international travel and education programs for adults 55 years and older needed to reorganize its field structure in order to support the continued development, marketing and delivery of programs. Cambridge Hill Partners designed and implemented a nationwide assessment process and designed a new field structure model.

Result: Cambridge Hill worked with senior management to implement the new model. The new model has streamlined operations, created more accountability and allowed for faster response to market changes.
