Situation: Having experienced significant growth
and success, the human resources department within a regional university
needed to evaluate the range of services it offered, the quality
of its services, the current structure and services for future needs,
service requirements and the optimal organizational structure.
Result: Cambridge Hill Partners
conducted a review of the human resources department. The project
resulted in a decision to redesign several key systems, to redistribute
responsibilities among staff, and to create a more strategically
focused HR department.
