Situation: Faced with the challenges and opportunities created by impending retirements and expectations of increased use of services by students, the college needed to restructure functions within student academic affairs and increase access to services without increasing total staffing levels.

Result: Engaged by the dean of the college, Cambridge Hill Partners assessed the current and anticipated needs of stakeholders, benchmarked other institutions, and recommended strategies for restructuring and consulted with the Dean on implementation.
