Situation: Given numerous national and regional trends, a medical school committed to graduating primary care physicians needed to reassess their strategic position and programs.

Result: Cambridge Hill Partners designed and managed a process that resulted in a comprehensive 5 year plan outlining goals and strategies supported by both the school and affiliated teaching hospitals. As part of this strategic initiative, nationally renown experts were brought into to catalyze and expand the thinking of the medical school's leadership team.
