Situation: A highly regarded museum launched a
2-year renovation project of its facility. With the exception of
a few traveling exhibitions, the majority of the museum's collection
went into storage. Given the significant redesign of the space,
the museum director decided it was an opportune time to reconsider
future directions.
Result: Working
in partnership with the museum staff, Cambridge Hill Partners designed
and managed a strategic innovation project that creatively leveraged
the expertise from a wide range of internal and external constituents.
The museum recast its mission, defined core principles to guide
its future, and articulated five-year strategic goals.
