Dick Cannon brings over thirty-five years of management experience to the firm including twenty-seven years as a senior executive in health care and higher education. From 1973 to 1988 Dick had been Vice President for Organizational Development, Executive Vice President and Division President at Harvard Community Health Plan, Inc (now Harvard Pilgrim Health Care). From 1988-2000 Dick was Dean for Administration and a Member of the Faculty at the Harvard School of Public Health. Currently he is Vice President for Finance and Administration at The University of New Hampshire. He has supervised other executives responsible for finance, information systems, facilities and construction, planning, and human resources for most of his career. Dick is well versed in the skills of coaching. For twenty-five years, during his executive career, Dick has used a coaching model in supervising other executives and advising colleagues. Dick holds an MBA from Boston College.
