Jane Tuohy leads the firm's diversity practice. Cambridge Hill Partners (CHP) diversity teams work with not-for-profit organizations, educational institutions, and corporations who are interested in evolving from mono-cultural to multi-cultural institutions. Jane has developed a strategic model that facilitates diversity-related change through individual leadership, organizational practices and organizational culture.
