Mary Grace Duffy is a skilled, experienced manager and consultant who specializes in working in changing, complex environments and in managing "turn-around" situations. As a consultant, she has worked with presidents, deans, department chairs, boards of directors and senior managers to help them identify and achieve strategic goals. Mary Grace was formerly the Director of Employment and Training for Harvard University. Mary Grace has been a faculty member at the Harvard Extension School since 1995, where she teaches management courses. Recently, she has taught a consulting skills course in the MBA program at Simmons College. Mary Grace holds a master's degree in communications research and a doctoral degree in organizational behavior from Boston University.
