Martha Muldoon
is a consultant providing all types of organizations with assistance
in a wide range of targeted areas including: project management
and documentation, writing, editing, and research.
Formerly the Director of Work/Life Initiatives at BankBoston, Martha
developed policy, instituted systems, created documentation, and
measured results for programs designed to support employees in managing
their work and personal life commitments. Since 2000, she has worked
with clients and other consultants on projects involving focus-group
documentation, trend analysis, the development of resource guides,
benchmark, best practice and other research to help organizations
enhance their performance.
Martha uses a systematic process to gather, sort, consolidate and
present information in a useful and accurate way by means of qualitative
and quantitative methods, accessing both primary and secondary resources
and using the latest technology.
Martha is a steering committee member of the New England Work and
Family Association and has written for publications featuring workforce
effectiveness issues. She is co-author, along with Jane Tuohy, of
Diversity Toolkit for Managers.
Muldoon holds a bachelors degree from Boston College and an MBA
from the Simmons College Graduate School of Management.
