Martha Muldoon is a consultant providing all types of organizations with assistance in a wide range of targeted areas including: project management and documentation, writing, editing, and research.

Formerly the Director of Work/Life Initiatives at BankBoston, Martha developed policy, instituted systems, created documentation, and measured results for programs designed to support employees in managing their work and personal life commitments. Since 2000, she has worked with clients and other consultants on projects involving focus-group documentation, trend analysis, the development of resource guides, benchmark, best practice and other research to help organizations enhance their performance.

Martha uses a systematic process to gather, sort, consolidate and present information in a useful and accurate way by means of qualitative and quantitative methods, accessing both primary and secondary resources and using the latest technology.

Martha is a steering committee member of the New England Work and Family Association and has written for publications featuring workforce effectiveness issues. She is co-author, along with Jane Tuohy, of Diversity Toolkit for Managers.
