Rosa L. Hunter is the principal of RLH Enterprises, Inc., the management consulting firm she founded in mid-1992. Through RLH Enterprises, Inc., Rosa focuses on leadership development -- with a special emphasis on the work of diversity and difference. Prior to launching her firm, Rosa was employed by the Bank of Boston. By drawing on her 24-year career in the banking industry, Ms. Hunter is able to share the knowledge and expertise gained as a banker (who has been an executive, an administrator, and a financial professional) and, more recently, as a human resources executive. Through her study and her work, she seeks to empower and enable "leaders" to address and resolve the issues of diversity. Rosa has designed and facilitated seminars and training programs for a variety of organizations and association. She has served as instructor/lecturer at a host of educational institutions including Bentley College, where she teaches three courses, the Suffolk University's Executive Management Program and City University's (Seattle) Masters in Management and Leadership Program.
