Wilbur Herrington is a Senior Associate with Cambridge Hill with a particular focus on diversity and organizational development. Wilbur works with organizations to coach leaders and teams in developing strategies needed to achieve business results in complex environments. Wilbur was one of the first members of the Diversity Office at Lotus Development Corporation. While at Lotus, Wilbur worked to develop affirmative action and strategic diversity plans, perform needs assessments, conduct trend analysis, and recommend strategies and tactics for integrating diversity goals into corporate business strategy.
